My Dormouse Cake is one of my favorites. We were doing a staged reading, and one of the bits was the tea party scene from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. At the end of the scene, the Mad Hatter and the March Hare were trying to stuff the Dormouse in a tea pot. Hence, the chocolate Dormouse bottom sticking out the top. The teacup is a cupcake, with melted sugar poured over the top to look like tea.
