I enjoy making topsy-turvy cakes and I really loved this Mother's Day Cake. It's based on one by Colette Peters. A friend asked for something for her mother and loved one from "Cakes to Dream On". But, not needing to feed two hundred and eighty people, we decided to make just the top two layers.
