This Jasmine cake was for a high school graduate who loves Jasmine from Aladdin. It was originally going to have a Jasmine figurine on top, but the Princesses just don't look right without their faces being perfect. Her mom very kindly assured me that I had done a bang up job with my Jasmine attempt, but we agreed that perhaps we should take it in a different direction. I decided on Jasmine's crown on pillows. The jewels are made of sugar.
